“What a long, strange trip it’s been.”
If you have Spectrum as your cable/internet provider, and if you live in Florida, you have probably received your new modem and router. I am blessed to have a wonderful, handsome, and brilliant son-in-law who graciously came to the house and set up the new equipment for me. Everything was working fine so I know it was installed properly.
Then Tuesday I couldn’t access my emails. The internet was up and working as I could use YouTube and Face Book but not email. This blog couldn’t be accessed, another blog that I contribute writing to could not be accessed. Articles on Face Book couldn’t be accessed. Tuesday became Wednesday and still no email – all the other issues were still there as well.
Today I called Spectrum and the wait wasn’t too long and I got a delightful woman who reset the router. I was thrilled when I saw my email come up. This blog works, thank heaven, but the one I write for won’t accept my ‘likes’. Sigh.
Remember when they said computers were going to make our live so much easier? Now I think they have become like cars – can’t live with ’em and can’t live without ’em!
