Epiphany
Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

Another word that could be used is ‘knowing’. What the Magi had determined amongst themselves, the thing that prompted their long trip, was an idea, an educated guess, you might say. When they followed that star- that very unusual star – they wound up at the side of a cattle feeder trough and paid homage to the baby King they found in it. What they thought and hoped, they came to know.
